Hi,
We are having a PNG connection from IGL from past 6 months we are getting inflated bills. Everytime we call customer care they said they will verify the reading. After verification they say that no need to pay as bill is wrongly generated with wrong readings& will be rectified next time. But all efforts in vain no action is taken yet only false assurances and inflated bills with penalites every time.
When we tried to contact Nodal officers, they never pick up phone and if by chance they pick , they dont answer.
