Dear Team,
We are having a PNG connection from IGL (Business Partner No. [protected]) from past 4 months. First month we got the Inflated Bill for around Rs. 1000/-. When we called up, we got to know that since no one was available at our house, that's why we have got an average Bill. We paid that amount and were informed that next time Bill will be adjusted with the actual amount.
Next time again, we got an inflated Bill with wrong readings. This time, we requested for an official visit to get the same verified. After couple of service requests (ONM[protected]) and phone calls, one official visited and agreed to the fact that the Bill in inflated. He informed us not to pay any Bill and asked us to wait for the next updated Bills.
Now., after around a month, we got the Updated Bill whereby I can see that the Readings seems to be fine, but an additional amount of around Rs 2400/- is shown as an arrear and an late payment fees charge of around Rs.50/-.
I have been calling customer care from past couple of weeks with Request No. as (ONM[protected] and ONM[protected]), but no results. Each time I call to get the information that some official paid a visit to our house, but house is locked.
This is really tough and making us crazy. Please help.
