I have applied cooking gas connection (PNG) from IGL before 1.5 yeras and paid Rs. 6000/- for this connection. But My Connection is still not installed at my home. I have made 40-50 time follow up to custome care but no action has been taken by IGL. Infact I have given written application to IGL office at Vasundhara to Rajeev on dtd. 02.02.11. And several time contact to Mr. Puri (Incharge- Vaishali) on phone. I have noticed that IGL enginners are take some extra money for quick installation.Which is totally out of pocket expenses. Their Engineers team is very corrupt and they are making money. One of IGL engineer is asking me for some extra money for installation. And this money is receipt less (i.e IGL will not provide any payment receipt against this money). I would like to draw every one attention. It would be very greatful If any body (of IGL authority) will take strong action in this regards.
Please look in this issue otherwise we are going to complaint to Consumer Court.
