[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Did not refund my excess amount.

Respected Sir,
This is Herald Mathias Selva Kumar from hyderabad ,has taken a two wheeler loan from indusind bank the contract number is :AHA14687H,and the customer code is :CU0197661,I Have paid the loan amount in full before the given time,but my EMI amount of Rs.1934/- got deducted from my bank account ,i mailed it to the indusind bank regarding the refund of my excess amount they told me to send the details then they will issue a new cheque ,after going to the indusind bank office in secunderabad and hyderabad for nearly 5 months i have received the cheque ,with the number 678126 dated 05/04/12 and the very next day i have deposited in my bank after a few days i came to know that this indusind bank cheque for Rs.1934/-has been dishonured,even though the cheque validity was there.i am sorry to say this the service of indusind bank is very poor ,inspite of my repeated emails no proper response .i have sent the dishonured cheque to the indusind bank in chennai on 17/08/12,and till now i am waiting for that new cheque no news from indusind bank.i kindly request the authorities to look into the matter and please send me a new cheque as soon as possible.
