Infibeam Online Shopping — different product delivery

After been harassed a lot I send you my request, with full faith that I would not be disappointed from your side. I require and expect full sympathy & support from you.
My problem is related to online shopping. I wanted to purchase a digital camera for me through Infibeam.com, and I booked an order for ‘Kodak M 580’ model. According to an attractive offer, a Nokia flip mobile set was also to be provided to me. The cost of the whole offer was Rs.9710. They booked my order.
On 23/12/2011 the product was delivered to us through courier. We paid full amount & happily received it. But when we opened the pack, we came to know that the product we received was different from the product we ordered. We were sent ‘Kodak M 550’ in the cover of ‘Kodak M 580’ model which was a lot different from the latter. Moreover, there was neither the dealer card nor the user manual along with it. We were taken aback for moments; immediately I called on the same number of Infibeam.com. A lady received the call and I explained the whole thing to her. She said that I need not worry & they will sort out my problem soon. We felt relaxed for they also said that they can replace the product within 30 days & they will do it so. We did not receive any call from them for long, which worried us. So we called again on the same number on 03/01/2012 & again explained the whole thing. They said that we have to take some photos of the product we received & send those to them through email. After then they will do something for it. Our 10 days were wasted on their calls and next 6-7 days were wasted for the unsuccessful trials of sending them the photos. Then we were tensed that how will we solve this problem in the next 10-12 days. When we expressed these anxieties to them, they demanded a period of at least 48 hours and asked not to call them again. They said that we will receive a call from their seniors themselves. We waited for their call for 3 days but did not receive any call of such sort. When we asked to them about this, they repeated their demand of 48 hours. It went on like this for 8-10 days. Then I prayed to them to show some concern to send the correct product or return the money at least. They said that a person will come from their side & collect the wrong product and after that the correct product will be sent to us. On 21/01/2012 a person from ‘quantum courier’ arrived. He checked the things (camera, its accessories & mobile, etc.) & took them with him, giving his slip to us. After that, we were not given any information about the delivery of the product we had sent back. So I called the call center. After a long interval of time I was made to contact with Mr.Ravi (supervisor) who listened to the whole problem again from me. He promised to give a solution for it soon. However since then, whenever I enquired about the matter, I was ignored by saying that I will be called back. After innumerable trials and bearing long bills of phone calls, I totally lost my hope. Moreover, it was so disheartening to hear that Mr. Ravi was blaming that I had returned the damaged camera and the broken mobile set, and he will return the same products to me. Even though the camera and the mobile were sent back in the same condition as they were received (even the packing of the mobile set was not opened by us). The courier person had thoroughly checked all the items in front o[censored]s.
It is a matter of regret that such hypocrites wish to take over our earnings which is a result of sheer hard work. We rely on you to take action and protect us from such fraud. Please grant us your valuable help & support on this matter and ascertain our true faith in you.
