[Resolved] Infibeam.com — Short Delivery for Purchase made through Net | |
I had ordered a dozen Premium Alphonso Mangoes from www.infibeam.com on 15th April 2010 to be delivered to New Delhi vide order no 7539858 under 7-10 days delivery terms. On 20th April 2010 i got a mail from Infibeam stating there would be a delay of 12-14 days due to bad weather conditions but infact there has been no bad weather conditions in India during this period. This was the first time they tried to mislead me. On 26th April 2010 i sent them an email asking for the details due to which the order is getting delayed. I never got a reply for this mail but on 27th April 2010 got a confirmation that the oder had been shipped. On receipt of the order by the consignee in Delhi it was found that the company had delivered only 9 pcs of mangoes against promised 12 pcs. I have written to them but they are not responding with reason for short delivery. As per there last email they had taken up the matter with the courier company and wanted the image of carton in which order was shipped. I have not preserved the carton so cannot provide the image to them and this was mentioned in my email response to them on 6th May 2010 but not got any reply from them. Regards Mohit Agarwal.
