[Resolved] Infibeam.com — delivery of defected mobile | |||
Hello sir, Recently ,on 25th of Nov 2011,I have ordered a mobile phone of micromax through online shopping from infibeam.com.The handset does not support airtel and aircel sim card and always shows IMEI error .I have checked the same sim card in other mobile and its working. When I contacted INFIBEAM they are saying that they only sell goods online and does not takes responsibility of defected goods delivered and therefore the whole responsibility comes on the manufacturer and i should contact the concerned service center. My question is why the company is not liable for the delivery of defected product when the company has declared on its website about 30 days replacement warranty for any defect or damage on the product. please help me sir. purchase id-8422896 Thank you.
