Hi All, I purchased Motorola EX119 mobile phone from infibeam.com and made payment through my credit card. Multiple issues with product. 1) Product was committed to be delivered within 24 Hrs within India from the time of order. But, Product was delivers after 3 days and that too after multiple follow ups with infibeam customer care. 2) Once I received a product and when I unpacked it. It was dead. When I put it on charging mode it is charging but when I unplug it gives and error message " Emergency charger " and goes off with 3-5 mins from the time I unplug it. 3) I called there customer care within 48 hrs from the time I received the product and they told that they will get back to me within 2 days.
