Infibeam.com - Recieved my order by another person but Company is still not sending my Money/Order

Sir,
I had ordered a Genesis Cotton Shirt (Red, 40) on May 15, 2012.Already paid money for this.Shipping address & Billing address also included on it.Order no was : 8857692
But this order was received by Jassi Kumar(973999934).When i called
Infibeam costumer service they told me this order is already delivered.Asked them want to know how my order
received by another person ? Last 10 days i am complaining but still not getting my order////money..
What the hell are doing Infibeam.com ?
