Refund not received
I had purchased a samsung mobile phone from website timtara.com on 10th of November 2011, but after making the payment through my debit card the website returned an error showing "page expired". But the amount of 4365.00 was deducted from my canara bank account.
An Order Number: 10059493 was generated for this transaction.
On contacting the customer care of timtara.com, they said the order was declined and the payment was not received by them.
I have been chasing them since last 2 months and I have shared all possible proofs that they asked for, including a copy of my bank statement. But I have not received the refund till date.
I request you to please accept my complaint against the firm "Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd" i.e www.timtara.com , and ask them to refund my money.
