[Resolved] Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd. — Excess delay in redress of complaint | |||
I purchased a micro SD card of 4GB from the online shopping website (www.timtara.com) of the above mentioned company. On receiving the product i discovered that it was a micro SD card of 2GB instead of 4GB for which i actually placed the order and paid for. After conveying the same to the company, it sent a pick up and assured me that the product will be exchanged and sent to me within seven working days. It has been four months since then and till now I have neither received the right product nor got a refund of the amount paid. I have repeatedly mailed and called the concerned department but no action whatsoever has yet been taken. On this account I am lodging this complaint and hope to receive a fruitful action from your side. I have made an order on Mar 13th 2013 and the item is still awaiting shipment. Please let me know the status, I have been trying the customer care number from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm but no one is picking my call and customer care says (and we will immediately call you back to answer your queries) but i have been waiting for 2 weeks but neither received any call nor replied to any of my e-mails. If Timtara.com can not fulfill this order then please cancel my order and refund my money. They are neither shipping the product, nor answering so that I cancel my order. Please help.Thanks,
