Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd. — Non Refund of Money

I am C.Arunkumar, Assistant Professor(Sr),Department of IT, Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore. I ordered for a Samsung Galaxy Tab P3100 on 17.8.2012 in www.timtara.com for Rs.16871.The order id is 10309178.I asked them to cancel the order on 18.8.2012 by calling their customer care. They said it will be done in 48 hours.But they did not keep up their words.I had called them more than 15 times till today and also sent repeated mails to them but still no response by mail. Everytime i call them, they take a fresh request to cancel the order. I had asked them when the order would be cancelled.They say they cannot promise anything.Please take action to cancel my order and refund the money back to my credit card.
