[Resolved]  Infosys, Accenture, IBM Pune — against blacklisted company

Accenture,IBM and Infosis ltd. have declared some companies to be blacklisted.
If any employee who has worked in blacklisted company applies for accenture,IBM and Infosysis, he/she got the interview call and he/she cleared all interviews but at the time of verification they say "you are from blacklisted company so we cant hire you".Here I dont understand if the candidate is currntly working in some reputed organisation for last two years and his previous company is blacklisted,what is his /her fault.Even the candidate ask them to verify all their records for all their genuine experince still IBM,Accenture,Infosysis are not ready to go further.
Candiadte always try to tell them that Company is blacklisted, He or She is not blacklisted but they dont take care or try to understand.
It can be undterstood somwhat if candidate's current company is blacklisted and he /she is directly applying for IBM,Acce, Infosis..then he/she should not allow considering there is some policy of company.
But the Candidate has worked in blacklisted company once upon a time and because of that he is not able whole life to work with IBM, Accenture , Infosis etc,,,,Such kind of things not expected from Accenture, IBM, Infosis ltd......
