Form 16 not giving

I am an Infosys Alumni(E#178553) and I requested for Form 16 by emails and iservCentrals in alumni page several times. I even tried with contact us forms in the alumni page.However, I wasnt given reply and given cyclic reply(iservcentral informed to write emails and emails told raise iservcentral). I am trying to get a simple Form16 for Y 2011-2012 for last 1 month which should take 3-4 days. Please do the needful.

hello,

I do not agree with this. I too had a similar request and I could get the Form 16 in just one day from Infosys, Bangalore.
I was really suirprised by their prompt response. I assumed that would take atleast a week, but i got in like one day.
My alumni login ID was locked and i logged the case in servCentral through my other Alumni friend and I just mentioned my EMP id
and year of form 16. I felt really good to recieve that in one day. I suggest you to please try and see. I bet you can get it asap.
