[Resolved]  infres methodex Ltd. — Konica Minolta copier not functioning properly

Konica Minolta copier supplied by M/S INFRES Methodex Ltd. by branch office Varanasi(u.p) on 28/12/09. Machine is under AMC WHICH IS VALID FOR 31/12/2011. We have already made complaint (complaint no.309 dtd.26/09/2011) regarding the trouble of the machine & also requested for supply of TONER for the use of the machine.But the trouble is not redressed till date by the vendor.We again lodged another complaint of the same on 20/10/2011 but nothing is done by the vendor till date.
