Innova — service

hello,
i am sorry to say but i m no more a proud toyota innova.i went for a 20,000km service to rajpal toyota in indore on 14th aug eve. i was told that i wil get my vehicle on the 16th bcoz of the 15th.anyways i asked for jobs like interior cleaning also for which i paid as much as 500 bucks.once i went to take the vehicle only after confirmation that it was ready on the 16th.the state of affairs over there were very dismal and sorry and just not befitting the standards expected from a brand like toyota(photos att.)how ever i took the vehicle asking the service provider to collect and clean . i after loads of followin was able to get the pick up facility.once again i had to pick up my veh as i was told that there are no drivers to drop my vehicle.amidst all these the rc of the vehicle was also misplaced by the dealer and instead i was being told that i carried it with myself hoever it was later found with one of the managers. once i took my vehicle on the second occasion it got stuck in the big drain that the dealer had dug right at the gate of workshop.all this has not only caused me monitory loss but a mental trauma too. i just want nothing less than the entire service fee as compensation for this deed of the toyota dealer which amounted to rs.5000.thnx .capt. manu pandey.

Sir,
I met with an acciedent near Indore where i send my SUV to Rajpal Motors there they do all the works of my SUV UP78 BF5100 but now the ac is not working properly so i send my car to Sunny Toyota kanpur where they said that the condencer fitted by Rajpal Motors Indore was not Original. So please guide us what should we done.
