I am another victim of INOX online booking issue. I booked 6 tickets for Rs.780. Transaction failed first time so I tried to book again. I found the same seats that I was trying to book earlier were still available. I assumed the last transaction had failed and hence I booked the tickets again.
I am receiving my banks statement and surprised to find both the transactions successful. The first transaction had never reverted back.
I am going to take similar action as taken by Mr.Shasidharan above me.

I contacted Mr. Vignesh as had suggested by Mr. Shasidharan and I have received the money back from INOX immediately. Thank you
Inox Movies — Consumer BEING HARASSED
I made a bookin from [url=http://www.bookmyshow.com]Movie Tickets, Plays Tickets, Concert Tickets on BookMyShow IN[/url] for a movie at inox swabhumi.I by mistake forgot to carry my credit card through which i made the payment.I was not allowed to enter the movie hall for atleast fifteen mins.Then after a lot of argument i was allowed.I had to face an embarrassing situation in front of other consumers. I booked 3 tickets for Maryada Ramana picture in CMR inox theatre. I came to know there is no facility of booking e tickets in CMR inox theatre.but Rs. 345/- was debited in my ICICI Credit card a/c. I was trying to book my tickets for the movie " boss n baskaran " on 15th sep'10, but due to technical reasons the tickets were never booked and my credit card bill stormed me by debiting 4 times of the ticket money i.e, Rs.390, totalling to Rs.1560.. And when contacted the inox people they tld it wil be refunded in 10 days but even after two weeks i didnt get the refund and when again contacted they just told me to wait for the refund and then cuts the line without a proper responce.. I too think that they are purposely doing this.. Have to take some action if the fraud activity is carried out intensly..

Hi all,
As i have mentioned in my earlier complaint that the inox organisation has debited money from my account for the unbooked tickets for " boss n baskaran ", and now they have taken the necessary steps and has refunded the amount to my card with immediate effect.. Thanks for the same done and appreciate you for the immediate actions..

i have booked 3tickets for easan movie at inox for 6.30p.m.show using my sbi credit card on 1.1.2011. an error showed up and i got mail saying that rs.390 will be refunded .so again i booked tickets for the same even the second transaction also failed. my card has been debited twice.see that i get my refund within 2days.

Dear Sir / Madam,I am trying to book the ticket from PVR Cinema online ticket booking , the process was smoothly done for payment, the payment was made as per attached file frommy bank account (i.e. debited the amount of Rs 390/- vide Ref No.[protected]in my HDFC account) but the ticket was not confirmed.
So you are requested to please credit the same amount to my HDFC A/c No. [protected] in favor of satish surve.

Inox ticket booking — Transaction failed even after 795/- got deducted twice from my credit card account
I booked tickets on Inoxmovies.com and the transaction failed.But, I got a message on my phone twice, saying 795/- has been cut.

the money has been Deducted Twice from my A/c 689.89 X 2 =1379.78
First, the transaction got Cancelled & No tickets were booked, i tried again & the tickets were booked this time.But today (Monday-09.04.2012) i received a message from my Bank saying that money has been deducted from my A/c for booking of Movie tickets, again i received a message with the same text but with different Balance amt. within a span of 5 mins.
When contacted they gave me this link and asked me to write & said money will be refunded in 10 working days.
This was my First Experience with Inox and I am really Surprised with the Kind of Fraud they are Practicing.

After doing the payment at the payment gateway, your website told me that the booking has failed. I was charged Rs 594.27 on my Citibank credit card. Please arrange for the refund of the same and acknowledge that to me in a mail. I did not receive any such acknowledgement on your website. You website is in bad condition and needs to be rebuilt. It fails all the time.

I booked for 7 seats it charged around 1526.26 rs from my account.
After doing the payment at the payment gateway, final page it showed me as booking has failed. I was charged Rs 1526.27 on my ICICIbank credit card. Please arrange for the refund of the same and acknowledge that to me in a mail([protected]@gmail.com/[protected]@gmail.com). I did not receive any such acknowledgement on your website. Finally I got the refund on 20th Mar 2010 for the ticket booked on 02nd Feb 2010. I went directly to INOX chennai on 11th Mar 2010 met Mr. Vignesh, [protected], vignesh.[protected]@inox.co.in. He said that the details was insufficient to refund, I gave him the hard copies of my credit card and the "show" details, He told me it will be credited in 4 working days, I waited until 19th Mar 2010 and called him then he once again requested the complete details in email.
As mentioned in my earlier message above, I will never watch a film with these fraud guys INOX due to the hardships caused.
