I BOOKED 3TICKETS money charged but i did not get my tickets booked.Please let me know what happened to my money

i am s.v.r.n.raju from vizag, i have booked tickets for the movie 'night and day' on 9-7-10, 10am, for morning show on same day, i have booked 2 reclainer tickets worth rs 330, i have tried the booking twice and 660 was deducted from my account with out getting tickets.my account is icici, and i have used visa debit card no [protected], please see that my money is returned.

hai iam k.gangadhar i booked tickets in the morning of 9:00 am to the show of 12:00 of date[protected]. and regarding to it showed that process is failed to book tickets but my credit balance was cutted where i was booked two tickets and charged of 233rs/- with out booking tickets my money was cutted so please consider my request and do favour for me . and return my money thank.you.
