[Resolved]  INSD Institute — Nonpayment of Salary

Hello, My name is Sameer and i am writing this complaint against Mr.Sunjey Aggarwal, Director INSD , because of non payment of salary. on 7th April Mr.Sunjey Aggarwal asked me to meet him at Hudson Lines campus for Internet Promotion for INSD. I met him on 9th April and started working to promote INSD Campuses at Hudson Lines and Pitam Pura.

I created sites, campaigns, dis directory submissions, social media campaigns and gave him updates.There was no salary till even 10th May.

On 14th May, He sent me an SMS stating that " Its not working. There is no result and we can't continue like this, will meet you tomorrow and discuss". The next day - on 15th May he sent an SMS stating " we can continue working. Rukavat ke liye khed hai.:-) " I called him after receiving the SMS and told him that Internet Marketing takes time and the results take up to 6 months to come. He said OK and then i asked him for my salary. He said that he will call back in few minutes.

He sent an SMS stating that my salary will be given on Monday( 21st May) and i should be patient as he has problems.I waited. I had no choice. Monday came and went away. I came to Hudson Lines Campus and went away without even meeting me. He did not pick my call. He later SMSed me " had to rush to Pitam Pura office. Will see you tomorrow"

I sent a reply stating" can't work without salary. Your wish how you want to proceed" and agter handling over my cabin key at reception, i left office. I told him that if he wants his campaign to remain he ought to pay for the services.

Mr.Sunjey Aggarwal, now has refused to pay my salary and SMSes me that ransom he will not pay and i can shut the campaign. Well i have deleted the complete campaign and all the hard work i did in past 1 1/2 month. I feel cheated and betrayed. I have a family and kid, and just like everyone i have my expenses. Mr.Sunjey Aggarwal drives a Honda Accord and am sure he pays for Petrol in advance at the petrol pump, but when it comes to treating humans, he is far poor than the lowliest human beings.

I hope he gets what he truly deserves.
