Same thing happened with me too.same amount same duplicate product. i tried to contact but all in vain,
what should i do to get back my money.should i go to consumer court in india. Please advise me...

Thanks a ton to all the people who put their honest review on instyler and saved others the misery of being cheated. Feel sorry for those who purchased it. Hope you find a way to get your money back. There are scams everywhere and it better to be little cautions when ordering for things which we cannot see personnally.

well, m really thankful to all of you who posted their reviews here. because you guys have saved me from such ******* betrayal from such ******so called wonderbarnds company. and feel so sad for all those who have lost their harden money. and i wish every customer like us...keep reading these reviews before buying them so they won't atleast get caught in their betray with their stupid useless products. and yes i got agee because when i called at customer care to do some inquiry, the guy who picked the call, sounds so lazy and unprofessional as if some one is sitting there with who care attitude.. thanks to god.. my bro havn't bought it for me...which he wanted to gift me for my b'day... good luck to all, may you can get your refunds who so ever have spend on these products...!

i too had ordered the same product but it completely looks different from what they show on tv, its cheap & life threatening too.i got an electric shock while using it.i'm afraid to use it again.how do i get my money back.atleast they should be punished for selling such fake n dangerous products

thanks for the reviews...i was going to buy it...even convinced my hubby to shell out money for the same...but now...i don't think i'll go for it...u guys saved me...!!

i also received a duplicate instyler, which doesn't work the way it is being advertised on t.v. bad luck i lost my money. next time i will make a habbit of reading the reweiws before ordering any products of womder brands.

I was going to buy this product but my sister staying in US told me that InSTYLER is being sold in USA for $100 in stores like Walmart & Macy's etc. I was shocked to see the price difference. How is it possible that a product being produced in US is being sold cheaper in India? I figured out that this was nothing but a cheap scam by wonderbrands but I still want to warn anybody who is thinking of buying this from www.wonderbrands.org.
The official Instyler site is www.instyler.com. But double check that too, you never know :)

hi my name is Anupriya, i had also ordered this instyler product from wonder brands but its cheated me and when i told
this on their customer care the ladies over their are so rude and doesn't have talking sense and dont cooperate properly.
i really had a bad experience and now regret that i should have read peoples feedback before ordering this product.
now i feel cheated and really dont know what to do... the product quality which they show on tv commercial is completely different from which i reacived and few things were missing in the parcel. and when i told all these problems to them they are not even bothered as if its there every days job.

Thank you everyone who has posted their feedback here. I was tempted to buy Instyler after watching the advertisement on T.V. But after reading all the comments I have changed my mind.

Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. He is a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.

A big thanks to all of you for posting your valuable comments and services of the products here. I was about to order this product (instyler) because I liked it so much and when ever the add comes on TV I use to see it every time and I use to think, I should have this product at my home because it is very difficult for me to go out in parlor just to set my hair whenever there is some occasion but I don't know why I thought just to check the reviews for the same and I am shocked after reading your reviews/comments about it. I'm very sorry for you guys but thanks as well because you guys have saved me from purchasing that stupid product.

I would suggest you guys to go into consumer court and get it resolve as soon as you can so that other people should not suffer like how you have suffered. Also, take some strict action against that TV add so that they should not fool our Indian people.

I bought instyler on 26/6/13 with cash memono-[protected] and stiil struggling to get it on and getting it repaired
as it worked just once & i called so many times at there call centre[protected] but they have standard answer saying complaint is forwarded
and it will be replaced but till date nothing has been done
so i think they r just making fool and duping people of there money so tv channels shouldnot show these kind of dubious company such as wander brands which r having zero credibility

i know nothing can be done regarding this still i posting it so that other people shouldnot loose money

These wonder brands site products are all crap. Neva buy anything from wonderbrands.org. the pieces sold by them is defective and non brand which will not last more than a week or two.they should be sued and stop cheating people. logging a complaint against this company hopefully should work out. such suckers the customer care executive.
