Insys Infocomm — How can I hope to get a job

How can I hope to get a job from insys infocomm company? Normal registration fees 2300/-. But they will take 2500/- without any certification giving. Freshers and experiences are confusing about the registration payment first after only you will be contact to your client companies that you said. How is it possible to hope that?

So my request will give that entry registration fees after placed in MNC. This is not only my request, it's every interviewer coming request to the best of my knowledge.
