Hello Sir,

I am working in Interglobe technologies, that’s why it is not possible for me to display my Name & ID, but what I want to tell you that the management of Interglobe technologies is really doing a lot of exploitation with his employees.

1. Interglobe does not pay any night charge to those who are working till midnight.
2. Taking 11-12 hours’ work in a day is a custom here, specially in JAVA team. If any team member resists not to stay back; senior, lead, APM, PM, SPM all start to harass the employee mentally till he get to knees or finally leave the company.
3. HR is really pathetic. They just take the feedback and no action is taken against the seniors. You can’t expect any help from HR.
4. NO one is ready to listen to the complaints against the seniors. They are free to do what they really want to.
5. At the time of joining it tells that employee have to work for five days in a week but in actual they are taking work for six to seven days in a week. If resisted, senior freely harass the team member that they will see during appraisal.
6. Not easily release the employee and not giving Experience letter.

They have advertised for being the “Best Company to work in”; but it is really worst to work.

I am really shocked that how the ISO organization has certified this company a CMM 5; however this is not even a CMM 3 with no process in action or properly defined.

All of these details can be verified by their records and by employees working there.

So, please help us and cross verify about employees satisfaction working in Interglobe.

This very true about the company and this company is a big fraud, playing with careers of fresh graduates, it hires graduates with throughout 70% marks(even infosys hires with throughout 65% academic record), and it doesn't assign any work to the employees and then after 5 or 6 months the company fires all of the candidates.

Better avoid to join this company.

This is very true about the company and this company is a big fraud, playing with careers of fresh graduates, it hires graduates on 5 year bond with the 5 lac rupees security bond and fires all the employe without any fault.infect they give the conformation latter after completion of 6 months after that 3 months they fires the employe without any fault.what the hell is this then why they give the conformation latter's .

They give the conformation latter because at that time the process for CMM 5 level is going on and they higher the graduates for only certification.after that process they are free to do what they really want to.

They are plying with the careers of employee only for her benefits.

So, please help us .

After spending many years of life in Interglobe Technologies i found this company is worst company to work. In my starting years of experience in IGT it was nice but in today's environment this company is worst company to work. This company hire new people with handsome salary package, but it ignore to pay those people who are already working with company. Last year in January this company has fired almost 80 employees without any reason. But company gave the reason as Behavioral etc...

I would suggest those people who are starting their career please please do not join this Interglobe Technologies company. This company does not care about its employes whereas this company has PCMM certificate and it is also a CMMi5 certified company GOD knows how they are received these certificate.

I was a fresh grad and it was a mistake to believe the advertisement that the company - its the best place to work. Fresh graduates dont ever attempt to enter the company. They would treat you like robot and no real appreciation from seniors. Even you excel their metrics and attained overall satisfaction of 5 no incentives if you fail other metrics. Where clients (or the account that they cater service on) is more on the excellent service and customer satisfaction from callers. If you have too many failed surveys you might get an incentive of working daytime than those who are achieving great results from survey because you have to dealt and be with customer travellers who are mostly from US. I guess it would have been better if they gave me the priviledge to work daytime due to exceeding survey results. :(( Anyway, I get sick and reflux agitated on my year and a half stay here. OF course working in BPO doing voice is really stressful plus the fact that I was robbed too before my shift on my way to work. Need to understand the risk of working as an agent for an international account because you have to work graveyard 5-6 times a week. No life and no fun. Working overtime is a task not voluntary. They pushed you to work overtime and if not, they make you feel you didnt do your task as an employee.

This is the most fraud company, i would suggest to everyone not to opt for this company, as they have their own consultancy at malviya nagar, new delhi, they call candidates for the interviews saying that they will be provided 25000 in hand and both side cab, later on when reaching to the consultancy they say that they will provide 23000 to a person with an experience of more than 4 yrs. and there will be one side cab, so this is a kind of harrassment as they call the candidates ask them to wait for long time and then when the HR comes he says that you will be given 23000 in hand salary however they can consider us if we can show them a fake experince of travel process.
I would suggest people who are fresher as well as experienced not to go for the interview as well. they are the most fraud company.

I've worked here just for 3 months and i saw that this is one of the poorest bpo company to work with and working in operations sucks some people really had a bad attitude specially those who has in a higher rank.. and they do have unfair treatment as well... i do have a friend who was fired unjustifiably because she got from a minor surgery... that really sucks! poor management
