[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — Battery not available

I have used Intex CDMA mobile IN 40 but last 1month i have faced a battery problem i have call service center ahmedabad caare communication-Gurukul, He was told battery is not available after i have call to service center[protected] call center representative told Intex IN 40 model is not a our product verify product after call. Please tell what i can do? and please action against Intex Mobile
