Intex Mobile — intex mobile not given by service center

Dear Sir, I have intex aqua wonder model. It was purchase last month. Day one its having some problem like time not update, hanging issue, touch not working proper etc. After that I have use it. But last week its touch screen stops working. Then I go intex service center alwar location. He takes my mobile & told call me tomorrow. Again I call next day but he did not tell any. Request you to please tell me except status when I get my ok phone. I believe Intex Company doesn’t break my faith on brand. Here I also attached Letter those given by center.
