Dear sir,

i have buy an mobile Intex from arjun telecom saharanpur.
model detail - intex in-4470n
purchasing date - 16/11/2011


complain detail: i have buy this mobile with i year warranty. in warranty there is some problem i submit it on customer service center. after 2 month i get it this it not my real mobile the service center is replace by any other mobile and few day i want to recheck it then i know this is not my real mobile. when i'll want to service center they will claim me about the change.

please do the needful and suggest me what will i do?
