Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd — Non Refund of IPO Application Money

I had applied for 225 shares in the IPO of Mundra Port. My application no. is 57943464, Chq no. 042836 drawn on Canara Bank, Mumbai.
I have not received any refund nor is there any share allottment.

Kindly look into the matter and refund my money asap.

Also there is no reply on the emails sent to intime Spectrum Registry nor are any phone calls answered by them. Is there any turn around time to be followed by registries or any penalty levied on them for not addressing consumer complaints? Are investors entitled to interest for delay in refund.

I have also not received refund of money. Its a serious issue and i think it needs to be raised properly maybe to sebi and even in newspapers. Register as many complaints with Sebi as you can ... tell ur friends abt it and may be even register multiple complaints. Let them see high nos.

Intime Spectrum — Non refund of IPO

It is against Intime Sprectrum Registrar of Mundra Port and Edelwiess IPO. I have mailed several times to Intine for balance refund of my IPO but they are just not bothered to reply my mail.Also having just phone no.which remains busy all the time and in case u r lucky enough to get a ring...Dont very..Intime has ensured that no body picks up the phone...I wonder how come companies like Mundra..and Edelwiess appointing Registrar to such companies who can't even afford 2-3 phone lines and few custoer care executives...
I want to file case against them and want my refund and opportunity cost of money..

i been trying intime for my shares sent for transfer 3 months back ..none of ther phone number gets replied opr they always come busy ..i tried almost 50 timeisn in a week ...absolutely horrible and use less registry services ,,disgusting

I have applied for both Mundra Port and Barak Cements, both of my refunds have not reached, I have tried calling them around the clock and at 12:00am also at 12:00pm but their lines are always busy, I am really fed up. I have tried emailing them several time, but no response.

It is not a way of registering people and trochering to this extent.

My suggestion is to close this registry itself.

UNLIKE THE COMPANY NAME SUGGESTS IT IS NOT INTIME.

IT IS BETTER NOT TO APPLY ANY IPO WHERE INTIME SPECTRUM REGISTRY LTD HAS PARTICIPATED, SO THAT IN FUTURE ATLEASE THEY WILL REFUND THE ORDER IN TIME.

I have applied for "Renaissance Jewellery" ipo and not yet received the refund. I came to know that its lying under ECS rejection. I sent many mails to issue Demand Draft for the same but no response.
