[Resolved]  Investinnest — Fraud against senior citizen by real estate firm

I want to bring to your attention a case of fraud and harrasment from a real estate investment firm to a senior citizen.
After my retirement from govt service, I invested my retirement income in buying a flat in Bangalore. To close the deal, I approached a real estate investment firm "Investinnest".
An investment agent from Investinnest, Syed Ismail, worked with me in closing the deal with builder and offered me a cash back incentive of Rs Fifty Thousand. This amount was supposed to be credited to my account after payment of initial deposit to builder.
On asking for credit note or any other form of assurance of this incentive, he always dilly-dallied and never gave the credit note.
The initial deposit was paid to builder in July 2012. On contacting Mr Syed from Investinnest then, he sent an email saying my case is being processed by Investinnest and the amount of Rs 50000 will be paid when the invoice is generated from head office.
On my numerous follow ups, I always received the same response that invoice is yet to be generated.
After 4 months of wait, I came to know that Syed has been fired from Investinnest. Following this, I then approached the firm's Bangalore office. The representatives there were helpless and directed me to Mr Manish Koli from Gurgaon head office.
I had a long discussion with him and he confirmed that the builder has paid them the commission of the deal but my cash back amount was not paid to me. He promised me to get the amount to me. After a follow up of another 2 months, I learnt that Manish Koli is no longer with the firm.
Now, the next person I contacted was from accounts department, Mr Rajeev. In the mean time, I also escalated the issue with company MD Mr Vineet Gupta. They have just been making me run number of times and no progress seems to be made.
Being a senior citizen, it's very difficult for me to run around them to follow up on my hard earned retirement money.
My last resort is now to expose the case in public and I am very hopeful that the fraud gets exposed and the cheat firms like Investinnest learns a lesson.

Investinnest — seo

India Property is one of the biggest assets of real estate sector that elevates the global financial wealth.
Investinnest is afraudulent dealer who has opened offices all the over the country..I acquired a Flat through them 24 months back and they promised to pay the 2% commission within 3 months...They also issued a credit note for this...After several follow ups for almost one year they gave 2 Post dated cheques for the commission amount..When I called them up on the due date of cheque they asked me to wait as funds were not available...Ultimately as they were asking me to postpone the deposit I on the 89th day deposited the cheque as it would be time barred after 90 days...Both the cheques bounced

I have visited their offces at Gurgaon several times but of no avail...Now they are putting bouncrs to stop the customers from meeting them...The persons involved are Vaneet Gupta and Amit Gupta who are the Directors

They are hard core Baniyas and their only intention is to cheat the gullible persons

I am from South India and I was shocked by the treatment given to me

Regards,

Ravi2013

How are such companies flourishing and how are they allowed to get scot free
Hi All, Even I got cheated by them even after receiving the credit note for Rs.50000. Exactly same story as mentioned by Sr Citizen. But in my case it is Shankar Gowda who sits In Bangalore. They claim they are dt free company since they jave cheated innocent customers like me. Vaneet Gupta is a big fraud and he has got support from builders like MANTRI, DLF...etc. I struggled for a year and now I thought of dropping it since economically it is not viable for me to travel from Bangalore to Delhi to ask for my money. Only requedt is directly buy from the builders and definitely not through fraud companies like investinnest.
Hi All, I have found these fraudsters mobile number. Make sure everyone calls them from all their numbers and lets see how these fraudsters can not lift their phone! Vineet Gupta (MD) +91 [protected] Rajeev- +[protected]numbers+91 [protected]. I have started calling them. If they do not pick up also I am fine at least they will not use the same number to cheat more people and of they block then I shall call from another 2 numbers! Let us fight against these cheats!
An employee of Investinnest told that the company has shut down its offices because of low in real estate business. They are absconding now without settling their liabilities towards their customers. It is a clear cut case of fraud against them. They day they are found they will be in jail.
Can we all cone together and teach lesson to both vineet and amit gupta. I had similar case but able to get refund half. We all collectible fight with them and file a police complaint. It seems they are US citizens which i came to know recently but much detail. If any one have more details then case can be file easily at US embassy. I will take care al these procedure and have people to do this. Please mail me at [protected]@yahoo.co.in

Investinnest — Asconding Real Estate Broker

Investinest is shut don now. All their numbers are coming switched off. They are absconding, don't know where are they hiding. Request all victims to lodge a complaint against them, so that they land in jail for looting people.
Now the company name has changed it become buyproperty.com now, founder is vineet gupta, His no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@buyproperty.com, Now he is cheating builders and brokers to sale listing and lead packages :))
