[Resolved]  Investors Clinic — CHEATING

hi

i have recently made some investment through, Investors clinic. the payment you will make will be in builder's name . better you check the credentials of the builder you are putting your money with . by my knowledge builders like DLF, Unitech, 3 Cs, Ajnanra etc.. are reliable and can be trusted .
Builders like Omaxe, BPTP, PARSVNATH, RPS, SRS etc. should be dealt with caution .

never trust investors clinic they asked to give car to their employees and now at the end of the month asked to sell some properties which are impossible to sell and said after selling those prop ull get a car they are frauds...

If anybody want to buy property go to builder directly not Investors clinic and ya ...they cheat their own employees than what to say for clients and customers...

This is bad that if this employee is un satisfied with Investors clinic he is showing wrong way. I too have met Honey katiyal. he is Gem of a person and its our money we investing so we should also see the credibility of builder first.

My money and all mu colleagues money are safe with Investors clinic.

i think better deal direct with builders when they r ready to gv u proper info ... companies like investor clinic they misguide and make only commission as a agent but in real fact they r not reliable ..

They Misguide

NEVER GO TO INVESTORS CLINIC. THEY NEVER KEEP THERE PROMISES. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I AM AN NRI AND BOUGHT PROPERTY VIA INVESTORS CLINIC AS I THOUGHT THEY WILL GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES. THIS WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. AFTER BUYING THE PROPERTY WHENEVER I CALL THEIR AGENT FOR ANY ISSUES HE HARDLY PICKS MY CALL AND ALWAYS GIVE EXCUSES. BEWARE OF INVESTORS CLINIC. MY ADVICE IS TO USE THEM BY TAKING OPTIONS FROM THEM AND WHEN YOU FINALIZE THE PROPERTY DONT BUY THROUGH THEM, INSTEAD GO TO BUILDER DIRECTLY

THEY HAVE NEITHER HONOURED ANY OF THE CREDIT NOTE GIVEN TO MY CLIENTS NOR RELEASED EVEN A SINGLE PAISA PAYMENT AGAINST MY COMMISSION IN LOGIX. THE LEADER OF THIS BUNCH OF THIEFS IS GIRISH BATRA WHO NEVER MEETS ANYBODY ONCE THE BOOKINGS ARE DONE. HIS BROTHER IS BIG CHOR HIMSELF. HE SAYS NO COMMISSION HAS BEEN RELEASED FROM LOGIX. BUT ON ENQUIRING FROM LOGIX I HAVE GOT TO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID THE COMMISSION AGAINST MY BOOKING.I REQUEST ALL THE DEALERS AND BROKERS OF THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY TO BLACKLIST AND BOYCOTT THEM. THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS AND LIERS. CLIENTS AND INVESTROS I REQUEST YOU NOT TO BOOK THROUGH THEM AS THEY WILL NEVER HONOUR ANY OF THEIR COMMITTMENTS OR ANY CREDIT NOTES.BIG TIME CHEATERS THIS COMPANY NETAMBIT AND GIRISH BATRA AND SANDEEP BATRA

Never Believe on Investor Clinic.They are fraud and big cheater.Actually, they give you big commitment but they don't give you.Infact they also don't know the exact locations and payment plans. I don't know how they are running their business. Chairman of this company should take care of this kind of frauds otherwise no body believe on this company.

Guys my advice to all : Whenever you are dealing with any Sales person for any property related discussion ..do get the clarity on project, location, construction partner, availability and clarity in terms of payment plans, future developments, possession period etc. I often see people only getting after discounts and hence neglecting other important info.

However the other blogs i see, seems an angry ex employee of IC has written.

Investor clinic is a one big mess..Please do not invest through them in any property.They are irresponsible and careless about customers issue..I have been following investor clinic for last 5 months for an issue, my money is stuck, my time is wasted in follow ups and all and even then my issue is not resolved

Investor Clinic is a big cheat. They are helping themselves by taking commission that too from buyers pocket through Builders
