[Resolved]  IOCL — complaint against Indane GAS LPG service

I m a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer no is K16094 & the agency Name is Kasna Gas agency, Greater Noida. I had booked for a cylinder (online booking ref no 4, at 8:46pm on 14 Nov 2008) but till now it is not Delivered at my home. Also their phone is impossible to get.

In reference to eh subject mentioned above I, the undersigned beg to inform that my Customer I D No 16622 . I hereby complain against above agency for unsatisfactory service by the agency. Detail of my complain is as under.

Above delivery of my refill has got abnormal time which is not tolerable .So it is requested to investigate the matter regarding mal practices adopted by the said agency as the delivery man has not given me any authenticate voucher slip .In fact my refill was delivered to any other .Further the agency has not given me any satisfactory reply to my above grievance. It requested to investigate matter and take necessary actions against agency for organized mal practices at cost of customers. An early reply is highly solicited.

i am indane gas consumer having consumer no.55174 and the agency name is Shri Vighnesh Indane.
I have booked for refilling of cylinder on 05/12/2014 and subsequently received a SMS about Cash Memo no.[protected] against my booking no. 208116 on 11/12/2014 but even after 18 days i have not been delivered filled up cylinder by Shri Vighnesh Indane agency's head, the reason best known to him.
Sir, I would also like to bring into your notice that this is not the first time but it is being repeatedly done by agency head and earlier also i have informed your office about the same but this time i hope you would be great enough to permanently solve the problem of a common man.

My con. no. 57959. I received one time advance LPG subsidy Rs.568/- on 04.01.15.I receive my cylinder on 19.01.15. The cash memo no. [protected]. My 17 digit LPG ID is[protected]. Still today I have not receive the LPG subsidy. What will I do? What is the system? The distributor, Gas & gadgets have no answer regarding the 2nd. LPG subsidy.Where I can complain?
I am requesting to solve my problem asap.

I am a consumer of Indane LPG my consumer No. is K20264 and LPG Id is [protected]. Gas agency name is Kitchen Qeen at Raipur ( Chhattisgarh). Since last two times used to book for new cylinder threouth automated phone booking service No [protected], provided the the agency. But they supplied very late both the time. Lokking to this problem when this time i went to the agency for mannual booking he refused to book saying that since last 6 months i have not booked for new cylinder i have to pay fine. How it is possible that i can servive without gas cylinder. When i request to check his record he deadly denied to hear a single word. My submission is taht is there any system in the OICL to check when consumer is supplied cylinder last time if booked threou automated service.

Dear Sir,

My consumer No is 02922.And i am a resisdent of panchkula. i had booked my gas on 15/01/2015 booking No.220487. And even after several reminder, and my personal visit to Satyam Gas Agency located at sector 9/panchkula, they could not deliver me gas till today. I am very frustated by their services.
If you value your customer even 1%, then please direct them and take a firm and necessary action against this gas agency so that consumers are benefited.

I am Prem Sagar Sharma consumer of Indane service from Hardev Gas Agency Jalandhar Cantt, my consumer no is 14878 .

Dear i had booked my cylinder on 01/04/2015 with ref no 460508 & i received a message on 05/04/2015 from indane my cash memo is generated ([protected] ), I again received a message on 16/04/2015 from indane my cylender is delivered against cash memo no [protected], but i have not received any cylinder till now in between i had complaint in agency so many times but they are unable to sought out my complaint .

I also complaint in Indian oil helpline no :[protected] on 19/04/2015 with complaint no :2072373 & at the time customer care executive told me they have a TAT for sought out the complaint is 5 days & they are unable to do before it, but till today (17/04/2015 ) there is no response from there side, in between i had talked to so many customer service executive ( Sunil, Sudhir, Vikesh kumar .etc ) but they people are not given me any response .

Kindly guide me how can i manage this situation .

Sir, Pls.note that the above cons. the customer is not recieved cylender yet. I informed to the Agency They told that the cylinder will supply today. Daily their respond today ..tody.. But still today(already over 50 days) i am not received cylinder. The Cash memmo generated date 23/04/2015. No.[protected] Booking No.is 279416. Please clarify why it is delay . why the agency is taking service to customer very poorly. Sir my kitchen is slept . Kindly looking in to this matter and supply cylinder at immediately.

I have an Indane Gas Connection with consumer no CX569527, I had booked a cylinder on 3.3.2015( booking no is 253220.On 18.3.2015 i got a message from indane ' cash memo [protected] generated for booking no 253220 shall be delivered shortly 'but the same has not been delivered.I had filed two complaints through online to Indane and received a vague reply that my complaints will be rectified soon. The response on the part of Indane is poor and they are not taking any action to solve the problem.Some malpractices were also suspected in the supply of refill of cylinders from our distributor.I doubt that they are overlooking the seniority of booking no and thereby violating the existing rules.Booking seniority should be displayed in the distributors office.

I am residing in Jalgaon Dist.Jalgaon and my consumer No.is 11786. I have registered my refill cylinder on 08/08/2015. After 4/5 days I take follow up for supply. Receipt to that effect also generated online. Staff members at M.I.D.C.Branch, Jalgaon told me every day on telephone that your cylinder delivery will be made tomorrow. However, till 25/08/2015 delivery of cylinder is not made by them. I also visited to their shop. The strict instruction about delivery may kindly be issued to Jalgaon br.
I am a consumer of hpscsc nurpur gas agency having consumer no 26664. Recently i booked the lpg cylinder on 16/ii/2015 having no 96. There is supply of lpg on every friday. The slip was issued on the spot having dno 710913 dtd 20/11/2015. The slip was handed over to delivery boy at 11 am, but supply was not recd till now. I reminded the dealer hpscsc nurpur (hp), but in vain. I doubt a conspiracy in distribution system. The cylinders are being issued to in black shopkeepers and honest customers are being cheated. U r required to investigate any foul play.Pl help in smooth and uniterupted supply of lpg ward no 7 nurpur.
