I AM IOCL COUSTMER . MY CONSUMER NO IS S-17513 MY DISTRIBUTOR CODEIS 89120161 AND ADDRESS IS LIPI GAS SERVICEMISSION ROAD, NEAR ASAPALI SCHOOL, SAMBALPUR, ORISSA, PIN - 768001. I HAVE BOOK FOR REFILL MY CYLINDER ON DATED 2/01/2008 AND REFILL ORDER NO IS 207 .STILL NOW IAM NOT GETTING IT . THERE WAS NO COMMITED DATE FOR DELIVERY FROM LIPI GAS.

Hi,

I am an ex-indian oil employee, my consumer no-40464, and i am registered under survey park gas service in kolkata, i have asked them for a refill and when they are called they dont pick up phones its more then eight days that i have not recoieved the refill.
This suppliers are giving a bad name to the company and i think strict stringent action should be taken.

Hi

My name is Kirtee Singh customer no. 39876 consumer of Panchsheel Gas Agency Moradabad.
Very sorry to say but we have many complaint against our agency holder.
Every time when we try to call our agency to book our gas, phone line always engaged if we get connect(By luck) they said delivery will take a week time, not an issue. But after a week we have to remind them again and replied received tomorrow you will get the same. And that tomorrow will come when you continues follow them or if you forget to follow them they will forget us.
It is a regular exercise which we have to do to get a cylinder every time.

Hooker never gives receipt of payment as per him they don’t have the same.

I am a LPG Indane customer with AGNISH, SHREEBHUMI, Kolkata and my consumer Number is 01213( name - TAPAS BANIK). I have booked for refile on 09/01/2012, 03.09.47PM I did not get any refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer AS PER YOUR OFFICIAL SCHEDULE Till today(19/01/2012) it is not Delivered at my home. YOU TO GIVEN TO ME A SMS, YOUR ORDER NO IS 246750 & CASH MEMO NO.3225, ON 14/01/2012, BUT I AM NOT GETTING GAS CYLINDER AS PER YOUR SMS.
Please take nessesary action .

IOCL — DELIVERY DELAY

Dear Sir,
My wife has booked IOCL Gas connection for refil around 13 february 2012 at GAS-O-Inden Phone :[protected] for my connection 52348.

Normally phones are found very busy hence I personaly visited to agency at DAWA Bazar, Indore for enquiry of non receipt of booking.

As per their record they delivered the same on 18th but assured for delivery next working day i.e. 3/3/2012.

Now when asked today they are commiting 6/3/2012.

I do not have LPG from 2/3/2012.

Please look in to matter and act accordingly.
