not dilivered

the gas booked on 23/5/12 has not yet not been delivered and on inquiring they are telling the gas has been delivered on 28/5/12..
its a humble request to pay attention on this and ask for to deliver the gas as soon as possible .
the gas booking no. is 316823
consumer no. is s-8033
