Irctc — account suspended | |||
irctc - railway booking online account suspended I get the error message "Booking is not allowed as your account is suspended". My account ID was re-created on 29/December/2008 and I still have that email showing a succesfull entry, thereafter I booked tickets on 01/March/2010 (email exists) and after that no more bookings till date. My mobile number is the same for the past 8 years. My first ID was created in 1999 when irctc started and I used it only once in 1999. Therafter I forgot my id & password (I had not made use of irctc till 2010). There are several complaints on your portal as well as elsewhere BUT no solutions anywhere. IRCTC offers no solutions as to "how to re-activate". What is to be done as I need to urgently book tickets now. Terence Fernandes Was this information helpful? | |||

When I logged in to my Account and tried to buy a train ticket I received the message " Booking is not allowed as your Account has been suspended". When I made the complaint to make My Trip they generated a Reference. i subsequently received message from IRCTC to update my profile.
As I was trying to update my profile I am receiving the message " You are not allowed to update your Account as you are a suspended user"

my user id is "yuvrajs55 " at the time of log in when i insert the password, the account is open. there is not on the head that my account is suspend . i can able to get the past history but my tour plane is not available so i can't book the ticket, so please provide necessary instruction to activate . to my email account .i had additional mail account at g mail mu user id is " uv.[protected]@gmail.com
