[Resolved] Irctc — rough behaviour of TT | |||
Respected madam myself MISS UPASANA MISHRA a student of C.I.F.E. (ICAR-INDIAN COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH) MUMBAI, was on field training in ANDHRA PRADESH for fews days and was unaware of dat place and language. After training, while returning from A.P. to Mumbai we (me and my friend, Amruta Shete) booked a ticket from Samalkot junction to dadar(mumbai) on 29th Aug. 2010 in KONARK EXPRESS in 2nd A.C. and was wait listed for 2 and 3. we were frequently checking our pnr status but it showed that chart was not prepared. so we left for the station from our hostel in kakinada to samalkot. It was late midnight about 1:00 O'clock when train reached, the haulting time of the train in that junction was only 1 min. so we got into the train without wasting a single minute. after that a TT came into the train and checked the status but it was still waiting. Without listening a single word to us he threw our luggages outside the train. "SIR WE ARE UNKNOWN TO THIS PLACE ONLY 2 GIRLS PLEASE ARRANGE A SINGLE SEAT TO US, WE'LL ADJUST EVEN IN 3RD A.C. OR SLEEPER, WE ARE READY TO GIVE EXTRA FINE." we cried like anything but he didnt listen to us and threw our luggage outside. after that the train started leaving and we were thrown outside of that moving train, then we ran like anything and reached the general boggie however we climbed in that running train because of some good coolies who helped us to give us the luggages. the whole night we cried and suffered. Mam, it is unfortunate that we couldn't see the name of that TT. The next morning some good TTs came and helped us they also told us that many seats were vacant in A.C. boggies the last night. they gave us 2 seats in 3rd A.C. Mam, kindly find out the name of the TT who has tortored us both physically and mentally. mam our parents are also trying very hard to find out his name and register a complain to you.
