[Resolved] Irctc — booking failed but amount debited | |||
on 01.08.2011, i tried to book a ticket from Mumbai to Patna through my user id 'dcdcdeepak' but ticket is not booked due to session expire during transaction proceed. i tried three times and result occur same but Amount of Rs. 479/- is debited three times from my axisbank account. In my user id only one transaction refund due to booked failed is shown by transaction id [protected]. My two another transaction of Rs 479/- are not shown. what can i do for refund ? I tried booking a ticket from delhi to raipur through IRCTC on 14th october. I tried 1 time but the transaction was not processed at all due to server issues. Unfortunately, the amount has been debited once into my debit card account. Is there any escalation procedure by which I can get my refund back? I have the debit card statement that shows the amount debited and I have the booked ticket list which doesn't show these transactions. I dont think we could reach people on customer care on IRCTC. So far I have made calls to those numbers but I am unable to reach them. whats the fastest way to get the refund back? Suggestions/previous experience would be really helpful.
