I made a ticket on ircts.co.in, on last 22 jul.2010. now i want to cancel a ticket, but my Id was locked. The PNR No is [protected] and transaction Id is [protected], train No 8477/UTKAL EXPRESS date of journey09 oct 2010.
Please cancel the ticket of S RAYSINGH Female 23, confirm /B259/UB.

IRCTC — not refund of cancellation charges

Dear Sir,
I had make arailway ticket from IRCTC. Co.In under PNR No. [protected] Trvelling Journey 24/1/2011 from which i had cncelled a ticket on 18/1/2011 for a person whom refunded amount i had got on the same day but the for other person tickets cancelled on 22/1/2011 i had not get my refunded amount till date 30/1/2011 . its kind request to you to make necessary arragements to refund my amount as soon as possible

IRCTC — TDR 90 Days on over Not Refund

Sorry for Kindly note that my refund case of PNR No.[protected] for has been 18-Oct-2010 so my TDR Date 08-Oct-2010 as 10working days delay so any respones, i have sent a reminder on 13-January-2011 with 90Days on over soo Why are any daley Passenger is not going for Darbhanga JN ( DBG ) plz Refund CR my A/C On the argent Pey .

on[protected] night 10.30p.m while booking the ticket from srikakulam road to samalkot junction
The transaction was failed & could not book the ticket, however an amount of Rs.1262/- deducted from HDFC net banking A/c alongwith Rs. 11/- and so far not refunded. The follwing details were shown in the Refund Status of Failed Transaction:-

IRCTC — Refund of Ticket Cancellation

I've booked 6 Nos of sleeper class return journey railway E ticket from Puri to Tata-nagar by 8477 Up Utkal Express,scheduled to departure from Puri at 21.15hrs on 19/10/2010. After reaching at Puri stn.we came to know that the Train cancelled on the display board before journey time and we consult with the Station Manager. We astinonished with the reply of the Stn. Manager that the said Train is cancelled more than one month ago. Now it is my question how irctc isuued that confirmed ticket, whether there is no communication between Railway Reservation system and Irctc, If yes then how it is possible to issue the ticket. Moreover when we tried to cancell the E ticket it shows that Chart is prepared so no cancellation. Then I contct with [protected]@irctc.co.in and filed a TDR for refund of ticket value. But sorry to say that in lieu of 5 times reminder till today I got no refund or intimation from Irctc.
So please take action against this neglegency and harrasment that I can return the ticket price which I have purchased from my SBI A/c.

but the ticket was not issued to me due to server problem but money was detucted from my account

IRCTC — Cheating while booking ticket online

My transaction on irctc failed due to some reason but money was debited from my account.
I have been continuously requesting them for the same to credit my money, but there is no progress.
I sent the bank statement also.

I lost the amount on 1st Feb and now its 15th Feb.

Now after sending 15 mails to customer care also they are not giving me my money back.

Indian Rail Catering and tourism corporation (IRCTC) — TDR refund

I have booked a ticket for journey from Etawah to Delhi on 4.02.11 from LAL QUILA Express. This train reached at my boarding station after 12hrs of its schedule arrival. I did not tk journey and file TDR . I got refund value that is half of my booking amount. As per your conditions given on net if train is running late by more than 3 hrs,100% amount will be refunded. My details are as under

Train Arrived at boarding station : 5.02.11 around 9.25 a.m

You are requested to kindly look into this matter and do the needful for full refund of my TDR.

i am mr suryawanshi s booked a railway E ticket for 30jul 2010 kota to aluva the train no 2978 MARU SAGAR EXPRESS on 04/06/2010 pnr no [protected] and transaction ID [protected] but that train was canceled due of hevey rain so i ask the station MASTER about the refund he told me you can file TDR for your refund but some problem I cannot file the tdr for this ticket so dear sir please kindily please refund the ticket as soon as possbile and get my ticket refund

I MR suryawanshi s made a E ticket for kota to aluva for 30/jul/2010 on train NO 2978 maru sagar express PNR NO [protected] and tranaction id no [protected] but 30/07/2010 the maru saghar express is canclled due the heavy rain so i connot travelled and i asked the kota railway station master he told me you file tdr for your refund but some problem I cannot file the tdr of my ticket so sir please check my ticket and get me the refund as soon as possbile thanks

Those who think that they entered correct password but its showing error and forgot question to recover password also then
try this..

"IRCTC takes only 10 character of password..they didn mention it anywhere but they do so..
try typing the first 10 character of your password "

IRCTC — Availability of seats

Local travel within state district are also not feasible through IRCTC. Almost 10 trains available to and fro Chennai and Salem but whenever we try booking tickets seats are unavailable and Waitlist more than 100. This is the scenario even when you try to book your tickets 2 weeks in advance. What will be the plight of common man when this happens bi-weekly in a month. Is there no govt authorities to question on this and resolve?

Indian Railways — Train cancelled hence cancelled

I had purchaed a train ticket PNR No.l [protected] (Garib Rath) from Secunderabad to Bangalore date of Journey is 01/03/2011. But it is informed that the said train in cancelled. This ticket was purchaed on line in irctc.co.in. by debiting my ICICI Credit Card. Hence, requested for refund

IRCTC — Refund of Ticket pending since 14th July 2010

I have filled a TDR on 14th July 2010 against PNR number [protected]. Transaction ID is [protected]. I had left the train because it was delayed more than three hours and after it has cancelled for that day journey. Trani number is 2365 and journey date is 12/07/2010. Till this date, i am in regular in touch with IRCTC and getting only one reply that forwarded to Railway. I have paid a sufficient money on phone bill for this.
