IRCTC — Unfair practices

I Tried to book a ticket from Delhi to Kathgodam on March 5th, 2011. The Date of my journey was for May 7th, 2011 (Two months ahead). To my horror, I saw that All A/C tickets were in WL for the Ranikhet Express. The only explaination I had was that Agents have blocked the tickets.
I would sincerely request officials to look into this matter as it is so disgusting to see such practices. I never had such an experience in the foreign lands I was in which too has dense populations. Saddened to see such shameful practices exist only in our country.

that's why i have not received my password on my mail id

IRCTC — Unable to book e ticket

I am unable to book e tiket from Bangalore to Bellary (Train No 16592 - Hampi Express) despite my best efforts. The response is Sorry !!! No matching Trains. How can it be? Further it is not possible to contact IRCTC on line from their web site. Please look into it.

IRCTC — Privacy

Hi,

IRCTC people have compromised all the information that I have given them for creating my IRCTC account.
Now SBI and ICICI banks are calling me for some stupid railway credit cards, they even know my address and are saying they will send their representative to my home.

How can they give my address to people who say they will come directly to my home, am I eligible to break their legs and necks if they step at my door.

How can I be sure, my info wont be misused, what if the person coming to my door is a thief.

I was booking my e-ticket from chandigarh to karnal on 10th march 2011 the amount has been deducted from my account but i didn't get the ticket, I got this reference no in my account " [protected]IG43884719 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI I.R.C.T.C. COLLECT" . the amount is 250/-. please do something for refund.
