I made a ticket on ircts.co.in, on last 22 jul.2010. now i want to cancel a ticket, but my Id was locked. The PNR No is [protected] and transaction Id is [protected], train No 8477/UTKAL EXPRESS date of journey09 oct 2010.
Please cancel the ticket of S RAYSINGH Female 23, confirm /B259/UB.

IRCTC — Tatkal

I was trying to book a Tatkal ticket through IRCTC. Before 8 a.m., the site was working normally and just after 8 when the booking started, the site got hooked, there was no login happening, exactly after 1 hour it started working properly again and until then all the 180 tatkal tickets were booked and in fact there was waiting on tatkal.

The railway officials give excuse as the site gets blocked as everybody logs in at the same time, but then what is the use of having this site. general public cannot use this anyhow. This is all setting of the agents to earn black money, nothing else, and take out more money from public who are needy.

I would like the concerned authorities to look into the matter.

IRCTC — TDR Complaints &User ID activation

Respected Sir/Mam,
I claimed for my refund through IRCTC website but they didn't refunded me back.
Main thing is that they blocked my account now I am not able to access my account.
For tomorrow & for next month also I already booked 5 tickets.If I am not able to manage my travel.Three of 5 tickets are wait listed including tomorrows tickets.I am not able to cancel that tickets.
There isn't any help desk for IRCTC.We have to communicate through the mails.

So will you please take my complaint & do the needful.

The transaction was failed & could not book the ticket, however an amount of Rs.502/- deducted from PNB account so far not refunded. The follwing details were shown in the Refund Status of Failed Transaction:-

IRCTC — Online Train ticket reservation Error- Debited money

Hi Sir,

I have made an e ticket on the name Nagaraju J in Tatkal for train no.12763 from Tenali to Secunderabad on 22 april 2011 morning by internet but it showed processing but the ticket was not sent to me besides it deduced money from my HDFC account & my transiction id was 20015382 . It was deducted 2times from HDFC account and once from Citibank account. So I request you to please look into the issue and help me to credit the money into my account. My Irctc user id is naga312010.

I made an e-ticket transaction ID [protected], booking date on 23.04.2011 date of journey 25.04.2011. IRCTC — verification code not received

I have signed in for IRCTC on 23rd April 2011. But so far I have not received verification code. Hence I could not open the IRCTC verifiatiion code.

IRCTC — reservation refund

i booked a ticket from irctc on 05/01/2011 for my parrents sarika sinha and raghvendra kumar sinha due to delay more then 3 hours i cancelled my ticket and i am asking about the procedure of cancellation through station master he told me that file TDR it take 90 days to refund your amount but after 90 days irctc mailed me that on this ticket passenger was traveled and they denied that they do not refund your amount all the details of ticket i mention below and they donot reply my mail yet please do the needful as per the urgent basis

IRCTC — Failure to confirm ticket due to network failure

Today (26/04/2011) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on Sealdah Exp from Chakki Bank Jn to Roorkee boarding on 12/06/2011 for Dr Harish,Dr Smita,&Harshita. Unfortunately after the payment was made throughSBI payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

I was travelling by 13352 Dhanbad exp of 27 Apr11 having pnr no [protected] .Catering staff are over charging than the specified rates.When i enquired for the rate list he brought the photocopy which was not authenticated not signed.Attendent is not giving towels.Why is this so.Kindly look after the matter my mob no is [protected]
