dear sir, i got my self registerd with irctc and was alloted login id vimal16279, email varification password as - vqr840 and mobile verification passward as-veg936. i have been trying to change the pass word but every time it shows that the mobile verification pass word is worng.request allot me a new mobile verification pass word so that i can change my pass word and use irctc facility. my log in id is- vimal16279. my email id is- [protected]@gmail.com. and my mobile no is--- [protected] request do the needful thanking you
IRCTC — TDR-REFUND
I have filed a TDR in October 2010 for my cancelled train journey from Hyderabad to Chennai. The PNR no is [protected]. So far I have been contacting customer care and other related departments, still didn't get my refund back. It is embarrassing that if 3 months passes it is going to take a year (which is a long one). Even called Chenai refund department, they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@sr.railnet.gov.in. I have sent a mail to the above address but no reply. Hope it will address.Thanks.

i am Ravindra babu have a login id in irctc. My login ID is p_ravibabu and i have booked three tickets yesterday after which I have opted for change of pass word which could not be prepossessed. Now when i am trying to login my pass word is not working. At present I am not using the e mail ID also because of the some login problem I have a new e mail ID that is ravindra.[protected]@yahoo.com and i have the same mobile no with me. So I request you to please send the pass word to the new mail id or to the mobile no so that i can access my irctc login and use the same for my future bookings

IRCTC — Login is locked without any intimation.
Hi,i am having the IRCTC account(userid:sivadvvsrk), the account is looked by irctc without any prior information. I have mail and called to customer care many times but they are not responded through mail and not answered on phones also.
Kindly get it unlocked.

It is very unfortunate that we took birth as an Indian. Just because of that always Shame On Us. Nothing serious here. Everything is like a game of Cricket. Our value depends upon what we do here. See that IRCTC is a Government enterprise. Just like all the Indian Government services, these people are also very care less towards the customers. The customer care number will be always busy or they will not answer the calls. If you have money, fame and people to influence such Government Servant's services, then you will enjoy these facilities. I am sorry. I am sure, if some foreign or private agency takes contract of all these Government activities of India, then everything will be easy here. Please pray God to happen so as soon as possible. That will be good for the poor people of India. RIGHT

IRCTC — Charging More than the MRP
Recently on 24th May 2011, when I was traveling in Jaipur Mumbai Express, I needed drinking water so i got down in Nagda Station (M.P.) and went to the IRCTC Stalls and asked for packed drinking water. The MRP was 12 Rs. per bottle but the salesman charged me 15 Rs. for one bottle. When i told him to give me back the extra 3 Rs. he denied saying "If you want to take then take in 15 Rs. else dont. We are giving you Chilled water so you can give 15 Rs. for that". When asked for the bill he denied to give the same. Two policemen were standing there, i complained to them they told that don't tell us you just complain in the Consumer Forum. I did not have the time to argue with either the Salesmen or the policemen and had to take the bollte.
