Indian Railways — non-availability of water during meals
Sir/Madam,this is to bring to your notice the poor provision of service on board the sbc-ghy express (train no- 12509) dated[protected]. The lack of basic amenities like water is so much in poor taste that i as a passenger have decided to take up cudgels against this grave injustice perpetrated by indian railways. It not only serves service-provider ethics but also common-sense to supply drinking water along with the meals on the trains. I happen to suspect that the vendors have been routing the supplies of packeted water to unscrupulous dealers on the sly, the same water that was meant for the consumption of the passengers and which comes as a complimentary item with the meals.
I, therefore, request you to kindly look into this matter and reply to me at the earliest.

I have booked one ticket from Luni to Jaipur on dated 01.5.12, but the transaction was failed and the payment made towards the ticket Rs. 459/- has not been refunded in the account till dated i.e. 8.5.12 . In the refund status of failed transaction, it is mentioned that the refunded in account, but not refunded ( amount not credited in my SBI account ). In the refund details Receipt Number and Refund Date shown as blank.The detail of failed ticket history is as under:
Transsaction ID [protected] Train No. 14662 Train No. Malani Express. Date of Booking 01 May 2012. Total fare : Rs.459/-
Kindly refund the amount against the failed transaction.

IRCTC — deduction of money without formation of ticket
while booking a ticket from badnera to bhilavdi on 19/5/12 my sbi account was deducted with RS. 855/- but ticket was not made...my transaction id is [protected]

But on the date of journey, it was found that the train was cancelled due to some repairing work of a bridge over river Subarnrekha. Therefore, the passenger having a confirmed ticket could not travel on the date of journey. Attempt was also made to cancel the ticket through the 'cancellation' option, but failed. Therefore, I would request you to kindly make necessary arrangement to refund the full value of ticket value since the fault non-travelling is squarely attributable to the railway authorities.

IRCTC — balance deduction
I have in booking ticket but ticket is not booked but amount is deducted in my a/cIn this deduction transaction id is [protected], date of journey 14/6/2012 total amount is 1682/- please refund it
I've applied for e-ticket online. the amount had been debited frm my card but i haven't recived a message reagarding my PNR number and the status of my ticket.
canara bank debit cards/idbi bank were earlier accepted for e payments. now this facilty is not available kindly restore the earlier settings in e ticket bookings.
