[Resolved]  Irctc — REFUND CLAIM FOR PROBLEM IN IRCTC SERVER

Hello,

Today (12/10/2010) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 2281 BBS DURONTO EXP from BBS to NDLS boarding on 17/10/2010 from BBS . Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD paid in two times tried payment gateway, the repeated error found like,
"REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes& " came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrassing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. Kindly refund the deducted amount in my SBI account .

I tried a ticket from Gorakhpur Jn to Nagpur through IRCTC on 28 May 12. I tried twice but the transaction was not processed due to server issue. Unfortunately the amount @ Rs 6015+6015 total Rs 1230/- deducted from my SBI acct Remarks are 1. [protected]GA8743087 tfr to [protected] SBI RCTC collect and [protected]GA8740985 tfr to [protected] SBI IRCTC collect. I request your kind honor to refund the amount to my bankers ieSBI Kanhan acct No [protected] at the earliest. Thanks and regards.

On 03/06/2012 I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 22874 VSKP DIGHA SUPERFAST from Vishakhapatnam to Tamluk boarding on 14/06/2012 after the payment was made through HDFC netbanking payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.The money ( Rs 562.23 ) has already been debited from my HDFC acc.but i have not received ticket confirmation

I request IRCTC to help me at the earliest and refund the same amount.

I have booked an e-ticket on 27.05.2012 using www.irctc.co.in. I booked e-ticket for a journey from Allahabad to Bareilly (DOJ- 05.06.2012). Ticket has been booked for me. I have made a payment of Rs.591.00 transection no is [protected] for e-ticket through HDFC bank (Cheq. Ref. no.-321970). Unfortunately due to some reason I cancelled my ticket. After that time I have not yet received my payment. I request authorities to return my amount to my account at the earliest

On 14/08/2012 I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 2531 GKP LJN INTRCIT from CHENNAI EGMORE to GURUVAYUR boarding on 08/09/2012 for RAGURAM C MALE 26 Years of age Unfortunately after the payment was made through Indian Bank ATM cum DEBIT card payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.The money ( Rs 361.00 ) has already been debited from my Indian Bank acc.but i have not received ticket confirmation

Thursday morning(06.12.2012) I was booking a ticket from HATIA(HTE) to YASWANTPUR(YPR) via irctc.Co.In,
payment was made through UCO atm cum debit card and rs. 511 deducted from my UCO a/C, TRANSACTION ID=[protected] but ticket has not
confirmed(received).
Yet I have not received any message from irctc.

So, I request if you kindly accept my letter and credited the amount of rs. 511/-

I have booked the ticket today from SC to PUNE in PUNE SHATABDI train and date of journey on 18th Jan, 2013, but the transaction got failed due to some server problem after the payment of 1638 rs made from SBH netbanking. When i check the same in refund status in my IRCTC account, it is showing "Payment Not Received From Bank" .

please let me know what should i do to get my money back ?

IRCTC — without transaction success money deducted two times

I was doing transaction from my debit card on www.irctc.co.in an transaction was failed because of some problem and ticket was not done but 311 rupees + 311 rupees total 622 rupees was debited my Card No. is [protected] . please proceed my money back.

This Month 8th we register newly in the IRCTC site, till now we are not yet received the password.

Payment deducted and ticket not generated

Dear Sir,
i booked a ticket on 28/04/16 from Agra to Secunderabad, amount of Rs.644.35 was debited from my account but ticket not generated, and till today amount was not refunded to my account. i sent mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in and ticket was also raised, ticket No.IRCTC #3370580, but that issue was not resolved.
Request to initiate my refund.

Failed transaction amount not refunded

I tried to book a ticket on 4th of feb0842 2014.Transaction failed but amount not refunded. Tranasction No: [protected]. My bank says they didn't get the amount. My Merchant is HDFC.
