[Resolved] Irctc — REFUND CLAIM FOR PROBLEM IN IRCTC SERVER | |||
Hello, Today (12/10/2010) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 2281 BBS DURONTO EXP from BBS to NDLS boarding on 17/10/2010 from BBS . Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD paid in two times tried payment gateway, the repeated error found like, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes& " came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated. This is really embarrassing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. Kindly refund the deducted amount in my SBI account . Expecting a reply as soon as possible. unable to cancel ticket/not shown under booked history
Reserved ticket not appearing under booked history. Unable to cancel since ticket not confirmed. Tr no[protected] Pnr [protected] TTr no 16610 Nagercoil exp DDt of jjrjr 9.6.14 Pl do ththethe needful for rerefundUser id disabled
Unfortunetaly my id is disabled with out any reason..now i am unable to retrieve my booked ticket ...

I was booked two tickets with same PNR from Indore to DDU in 2nd tier AC, while only one ticket has confirmed and other one was in waiting list. Waiting list ticket automatically cancled after chart preparation.
Please confirmed that when I can recieved my refund for waiting ticket which was automatically cancled.

2 tickets are been canceled steel no refund has been made in account but in irctc website it shows refund has been made kindly find attached photos user id:- chintan990
