E Ticket — ticket is not booked but money is deducted from my bank acount atm card

my self manwendra pratap s/o mr. ramchandra singh doing B.TECH from allahabad.
today i booked e ticket from allahabad to haridwar but my ticket was nat booked and paymant was deducted from my bank acount atm card (sbi atm cum debit card).

When i was making ticket from the site of irctc no ticket booked but my money deducted from my card it was waiting ticket I done this ticket today before i thought it is communcation failure but the money which had been deducted not yet came in my account.

Please look into the below & I request you to check the above details & reimbruise the amount deducted.

IRCTC — Refund of amount pending due 23 may 2009

Sir/Madam,

I booked a ticket from Bandra terminus to Nizammudin on 23rd may .Even though the transaction was completed by me using my required password for verisign visa.As always the transaction failed on IRCTC's side.And the amount of Rs.687/- got deducted from my HDFC account .But the ticket never showed up.Now, in the failed transactions it shows payment has been settled but it has been 3 days and still no refund has been done.Kindly look to it that the transaction with the transaction ID -- [protected] gets refunded in my account as soon as posible as this is harassment on the part of the customer to bear the expenses and not get the service required from such a recognized reservation portal.

today, 30/6/2009, i was booking ticket for chandigarh to gomoh on train no 2312 dated 09/8/2009. during transaction of money from my SBI ACCONUNT VIA atm CUM DEBIT CARD YOUR WEB IRCTC SHOW MESSAGE that yr time has expired, but money Rs869.00 is deducted without issuing ticket.NO Tr and PNR no even appeared on screen.

On 04/09/2009, at about 8.00 pm, I booked my E-Ticket (6 members) from Manmad to New Delhi for 23/09/2009 by (Karnataka Express) through SBI Debit Card. My ticket not booked but amount Rs. 2282/- (Rs 2272 ticket amt. + Trans. charges Rs. 10/-) debited from my A/c. IRCTC TRANSACTION ID [protected] on the same time. Today, I have booked ticket from secunderabad to tirupati for 17th Feb, 2010.
After money deduction from my bank account HDFC, page was expired and no ticket booked in IRCTC.
