[Resolved]  Irctc — DO NOT SHOW MY BOOKED TICKET HISTORY

I had booked an eticket for Dhanbad to Ranchi for 7/06/14.
My Transaction ID: [protected]
PNR : [protected]

Trying to cancel my Ticket since 5/06/14 but it is not showing on my booked ticket history.(I have a printout of the ticket)

My Transaction page keeps on showing "No History found". All the other previous and later tickets can be seen on the booked history list except for this particular ticket

Urgent response required as I am trying to get my ticket cancelled and the money refunded.

For Booked history in new irctc website go to "My transactions" after the logging in to site.
Then enter password, this should take you to page where you can find booked history

solved: GO TO MY TRANSACTIONS
that has the older booked tickets.
see the pic > right most topic..go there.

Found the solution after a long hitting hours ...! Its a simple MISTAKE of software development...

Solution

1. Login to IRCTC.co.in site
2. Click 'Proceed for booking' option
3. On the next screen right panel click 'Booked ticket history' button


There you are...Take print out and enjoy!!

In irctc site click proceed for booking ...to know the booked history after the migration into new site..booked history before migration will be shown in transactions...

Try new interface for history by going to 'Continue Booking' button on startup.

its a bug because of which you cannot see your booked tickets - hence cannot take prints or cancel the same.

Solution - Instead of going on 'My Transaction'; please go to 'Proceed for Bookings'.
On this page, you would see various options on the right frame including 'Cancel Ticket' etc. Over here you should be able to locate your ticket and do the transaction. In case you are not able to see - please enter pnr number and search - you should now be able to see the ticket and do the necessary transaction.

Please follow below step to show your booked ticket -
1. Enter into website with valid user-name password
2. Click Proceed for booking/cancellation
3. Click on booked ticket history New.
You will get it :)

I can't find the booking history in the IRCTC site. I have booked two tickets and i haven't got the print for my second booking ticket, Kindly help to find my booking history .

Even i had a same problem but now i got my booked history back .. click 'proceed for ticket booking' icon, it shows 2 options, booked history new & booked history old.. click new i[censored] hav booked after may 22. ur booked history wil be displayed and u can take printout..

On 20th October I have booked one 3AC ticket by paying INR 1, 867.47 using State Bank of India Net Banking which includes all the necessary charges.After 2 days of booking another 11.25 Rupees has been deducted as Commission with out any prior notice or justification.I want
to know the details of the deduction as well as cash back of the same .

I have tried following your suggestion. It shows only current months history not previous months history. I wanted to initiate a fresh SMS for the booked ticket but I could not get old booked history at all. I had booked on 17/9/2014 for a journey today 16/11/2014 and wanted a fresh sms initiated but not able to do so. Why?

How to delete the ticket history from own account ? Please tell me.

@rahulpandey105 Thanks that worked. My wait list sleeper ticket got confirmed whereas I booked another one in Tatkal for 3AC. So wanted to cancel it but wasn't able to find it in my Booking history. Thanks a ton!
