[Resolved]  Irctc — Refund against cancelled train ticket.

Please be noted unde mentioned case been forwarded by Kolkata office (Mr. B.N.Singh) and as per the office the case has been forwarded by them for final action on 21.07.09
Please see the case and revert. It is around 365 days old case
