Hi, I had booked a ticket from Lucknow to Dadar for travel date 11/5/2009 (PNR number [protected]) But the train got late by more than 8-9 Hours so could not travel. I had filed for the tdr but inspite of numerous mails and calls the refund has yet not been done. Details are as follows: PNR Number [protected] Booked On 5-5-2009 Transaction ID [protected] Ticket Type eticket Class 3A Internet Service Charge Rs 20.00 Date Of Journey 11/5/2009 Ticket Charge Rs 1131.00 Bank hdfcvbvpg Total Rs 1151.00 Train No 0172 Railway Zone IRCTC From Station LUCKNOW NR(LKO) IRCTC Zone IRCTC To Station DADAR(DR) Quota General Reason For TDR : Train Late More Than Three Hou rs. TDR Status : Admin Approved Reference No : ekt[protected] TDR Zone : CR TDR Filing Date : 12-May-2009 Refund Status : Refund under Process Refund Date : Not Available Refund Amount : Rs.0.00 Can something be done in this regard?
