[Resolved] Irctc — 50 % Less Refund on TDR | |
Sir, I have not received any communication from IRCTC on the below mail thread. I filed a TDR on which I received 50% refund instead of 100%. Please look into this matter. The reason for the mentioned TDR was "Train Late More Than Three Hours" As per the refund rules mentioned on the site, In case train is running late more than 3 hrs- full fare will be refunded. However as per your mail Rs 448.00 which is 50% of the ticket amount Rs 897.00 is credited to my Credit Card account on 14 Oct 09. Why not the full refund of Rs. 897 as per your rules? Could you please explain this discrepancy in refund amount? Please, do the needful to to refund the full amount as per your rules. Thank you.
