[Resolved] Irctc — useless tatkal booking | |
IRCTC service is behaving very poor when i try to book tatkal in the morning by 8 AM. since the tatkal booking starts by 8 AM and the web server of IRCTC is not able to handle the huge consumer load exactly at 8AM. The websites goes hanged and when it become normalise all the tatkal tickets are completed. This kind of tatkal booking system is useless. IRCTC can better put off this tatkal booking system online. If it is overloading, it is purely a failure of IRCTC on sizing of Servers. People at helm of affairs should be taken into task
If it is prioritising agents form normal users of internet, it is an implementation issue. Management should answer as to why agents have been prioritised. IRCTC should make the things transparent so that every one o[censored]s should book tickets either throughagents or from counters at Railways.
