Irctc — Refund against PNR No.[protected]

Dear Sir,
I had filled TDR on[protected] against PNR No.[protected].till date i have not recieved my refund amount of Rs.988.Kindly help me in getting the refund of Rs.988. I am following up with IRTC official Mumbai for the last five months till date there is no response from IRTC.

dear sir
i booked a ticket on date 07.05.10 from ratlam to etawah having pnr no [protected] date of journey 09.05.10.
above ticket cancelled on 08.05.10. but still i have not recived the refund,
please do the needful
if i try for tdr file system showing can not do the tdr for above pnr .
