Ticket cancelled on 5-3-2010 Id No.[protected] and Pnr no. [protected].Refund not yet received despite repeated reminders. Kindly expedite the same at the earliest.

Dear Sir and Madam,

I am not being able understand that Why I am not getting refund into my account.

IRCTC have sent the Settlement, even after you are not being able to credit the same.

already 15 days passed, I will report to the same in consumer forum.

This is seriously very bad thing. Just mailing me that we escalated the issue.

You have generated two service request for the same issue.

Even after issue has not been resolved,

SR62007168 and SR61239961.

Kindly let me know the status as early as possible.

Where is the ICICI Debit Payment Option available for booking train tickets ? I didn't see any Debit payment option in the Payment Option list. It has only ICICI Credit Card payment option.

My problem is I have done the payment from my ICICI credit card now that card is closed so I requested IRCTC to please deposit my Amount on my Axis Bank, Account information Name Prashant Khampria, Account No. [protected]******** branch name pune. But after that I called them 15 times for my refund but I never got any satisfactory answer from there customer care even I sent them 10 to 12 mails. After some time they said send as information for ICICI bank account as it is more convenient for us, but till today I have not received the amount. I don't now how to believe in government. I had booked a iticket on 08/01/2009 to undertake journy by my wife on 23/01/2009 though chhattisgarh exp.ffrom BSP TO BPL.ticcket was to despatch to korba as per my mail dated 12/01/2009 instead of my given addrese of Bhopal . This fact was also conveyed to your bhopal overnite office to mr.Kranti & gazanan abhyankar who assured me to despatch the same well within time so as to reach to korba well before 2 days of journy. But I regret to say that my ticket recieved at 3.30 pm on 23/01/2009. by the time my wife has alredy started journy from BILASPUR by another ticet.Thus it took 11 days to rech my ticket.On aadvising over phone to Mr. Kranti it was told that Gajanan abhyanker is responsible for delay you send mail to IRCTC for refund.I think you can under stand my situaion I went through during the said period despite sevral phone to Mr Kranti Mr gazanan and other office boy. I spent about rs 100/- towards phone call, but all in vein due to irrisponsible attitute of all persons of overnite office.I therefore urg upon yoiu to refund my ticket amount & codone the all prsons responsible so that such type mental agony harrasment which I faced be avoided. I Had purchased 21 AC 3 Tier tickets from Delhi to Pathankot through
e-ticket mode.I am based in Mumbai and am not at all acquainted with the city of Delhi.
While booking the tickets, I had used the option From -NEW DELHI to
PATHANKOT and booked 21 tickets in JAMMU MAIL dated 20th May 2005.

We were travelling back from AGRA in a bus to catch the train and our bus took us to New Delhi station.(We were asked, if we want to NIJAMMUDIN or New Delhi).We reached New Delhi Station in the last minute due to traffic snarls and found out that the train is from another station named OLD DELHI.Therefore we missed the train and somehow managed to travel to
PATHANKOT standing in 3 tier with childrens in Muri Express which was 5
hrs late.On reaching Pathankot, we contacted the station master as well as the
special reservation supervisor for the cancellation and returned
dissapointed.

On sending a mail to IRCTC i got the following response on 30th May 2008:

Dear Customer,

Thanks for showing interest in our site. Kindly note that e-ticket
cancellation can be done up to the chart preparation, after making chart
e-ticket cancellation not allowed. In this case, we have forward your case
to railways for the TDR process. Railways check all the matters and decide
what amount should be refunded and this all process takes 90 days or more.
Once the railways refunded your amount, we will credited to your same
account.

Hi,

today(16/02/09) i tried to book one sleeper class ticket for the train Howrah Yeswanathpur super fast express, but at the time os submitting my payment through my Hdfc credit card the session has expired.After that i checked with my credit card debited amount, in that the amount of Rs.372 has been deducted from my credit card but in my booked tickets history the ticket hasn't booked.After that again i booked a new ticket for that, it has done successfully.

when will you refund my 372rs. into my Hdfc credit card.?
