I booked e TICKET IN IRCTC travel date 14.09.2013 train no 16523 pnr.no.[protected] Bangalore to mangalore that day with traffic block I missed that train I tried that day and later 2days to cancel the e tickect which I could not do to cancel the ticket some problem with trctc server problem now to cancel the ticket it shows that you cant cancel so please refund the my amt as urgent..

It was cancelled at about 10.45 am today (8/6/14). In the cancel/refund query it shows as delivered however the onr status is can/mod. Can you give me the status please - vasu
